Each product has its own sizing chart and sizing goes according to unpadded bra sizes (e.g. B75) , not cup size (e.g. B). I have hated bras with a raging passion basically since puberty (I’m 28). I could never find a pair that didn’t literally cause me pain (straps and band digging into my skin, bulging, etc). I have never gotten a proper fitting until today. Turns out I am 3 cups larger than I originally thought. With this in mind, I DEFINITELY bought the wrong size for the inserts. I haven’t actually tried them on properly but I’ve put them against my breast with the plastic film still on. I could possibly get away with the Ultraboost because they’re bigger and cover more breast tissue. I don’t know about the Demis though, they are quite small. Are your nipples meant to rest inside the insert? (Instructions are unclear) If so, they're definitely the wrong size. Moral of the story, pleeease know your cup size and check the sizing chart before purchasing! For reference I am a 34DDD/E (apparently) and purchased a C �
