Unlike a sticky bra that is supported by the adhesive, BOOMBA inserts are supported by the clothing, they cannot stay up by themselves. It is crucial to wear them in tight, structured, and fitted tops. 

Each product has its own sizing chart and sizing goes according to unpadded bra sizes (e.g. B75) , not cup size (e.g. B). If you are in-between sizes, some products require you to size up or size down. You will be able to find them in each specific product page when you’re shopping, or view the full guide here!
